Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a certified dental assistant and CPR certified, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars offered through the Yankee Dental Congress, American Association of Orthodontists and the Northeast Society of Orthodontists.
We care about you and your family and that is why we are vigilant in taking protective measures to protect our patients from infectious diseases. We use the following precautions:
- Wear gloves, masks, protective eyewear and clothing
- Wash our hands with special soaps before and after treating each patient
- Change our gloves after each patient
- Heat sterilize instruments, pliers, and hand-pieces after each use
- Clean and disinfect the surfaces and equipment in the treatment room
- Use disposable products whenever possible to eliminate cross-infection
- Handle all disposable materials according to federal, state and local guidelines and regulations
