Insurance
For patients who carry dental insurance with an orthodontic benefit, we have a policy of “Assignment” of insurance. We ask that you provide us with your current dental insurance information. If you have orthodontic dental insurance, our office will be happy to bill your insurance company for you for service rendered. Any fees not paid by your insurance company will be billed to you directly.
Please note:
Patients who have Delta Dental Plan of Massachusetts will be asked to pay the day of service (for we are not members of Delta of MA). We will bill your insurance company and any insurance reimbursement will be mailed to the subscriber carrying the Delta Dental of MA insurance.
If you have any questions concerning insurance, we will be glad to assist you. Your insurance carrier will determine your reimbursement.
